Welcome to Leadership Lab!

Leadership Lab is designed to assist you, accquire skills that will be useful in congregational, synodical and national Youth Ministry settings, and in their local communities and the world.  Each level of lab has been structured to help participant's in their ability to be responisble youth ministry leaders and helps them grow in their awareness of God, self and others.

Leadership Lab 2012 is July 30-August 4th, 2012
For 2012, Leadership Lab will be held on campus of Augustana College in Rock Island, Illiniois.
